CHICKEN TORTELINNI

Cut the chicken and add to your Skillet.

Let your chicken cook with the Sofrito Cubano 1 Tbsp per lb. of chicken

In a separate pan boil your water and add Fresh Tortellini and cook for about 5 min.

Drain your pasta and add to pan with Chicken.

Now add Vodka sauce to your Pasta and Chicken and another teaspoon of our sofrito.

At this point you can also add fresh Parmesan or Shredded Cheese.

Enjoy!

  • 2 chicken Breasts cut up

    2 Heaping Tablespoons of Sofrito

    A dash of Sea Salt.

    Fresh Tortelinni

    Vodka Sauce

    Parmesan or Shredded cheese

CUBAN CREAM CHEESE DIP

Just cream cheese and our Sofrito. Stir well

1 Tbsp of Sofrito Cubano per 8ozof whipped cream cheese, Now cut up some veggies and service with your favorite crackers, pita bread or anything else you want.

YUM!!!!

  • One 6oz whipped cream cheese.

    One heaping tablespoon of our sazón for extra juice.

VEGGIES & EGGS!

Sautee veggies in Pan with Teaspoon of our sofrito.

Once fully cooked put on a plate.

Then add two eggs and spinach to pan and cook.

Now add on top of your veggies.

Enjoy this amazing lite but full of flavor meal any time of the day.

    2 eggs

    Spinach

    1 teaspoon of our sofrito

Camarones con arroz

SHRIMP WITH RICE

Add 2lbs of pre-cooked shrimp to your pan.

2-3 tbsp of Sofrito Cubano

Sauté 4-5 minutes.

Add 16oz tomato sauce.

1 tbsp hot sauce.

1 cup white cooking wine and let simmer on low heat.

Optional: cook hard-boiled egg, peel and slice it and add to your shrimp.

Don’t knock it till you try it.

Add on top of white rice and enjoy.

  • 2 lbs of pre-cooked shrimp

    2-3 tbsp of OK Cuban Sazón.

    16 oz tomato sauce.

    1 tbsp hot sauce.

    1 cup white cooking wine.

NEXT LEVEL CHICKEN

Butterfly your chicken breast.

Add salt and pepper.

Then rub 1 Tbsp per lb.of chicken with Sofrito Cubano in front and back.

Now put in a sauté pan or grill

Pollo de otro nivel

  • 1 lb of chicken breast.

    Salt and pepper.

    Enough Ok Cuban Sazón.

Arroz con pollo

CHICKEN WITH RICE

Add 1-2lbs chicken, I prefer breast meat.

Cut up the chicken breast into large chunks.

2 heaping tbsp of Sofrito Cubano.

Sauté until chicken is browned.

Add 2 cups uncooked long grain rice.

Add 4 cups chicken broth.

Add 8oz of tomato sauce.

1/2 cup white cooking wine.

Add 1/2 tsp Annatto for color(orange).

Add 1/2-1cup frozen peas.

Optional: green olives and pimento red peppers.

And add lid to pan turn heat to medium and continue to simmer until all the liquid is absorbed and your rice is fluffy.

Turn off heat and let cool. Enjoy!

  • 1 - 2 lbs of chicken

    2-3 tbsp of OK Cuban Sazón.

    2 cups of long grain rice (uncooked)

    4 cups of chicken broth.

    8 oz tomato sauce.

    1/2 cup of white cooking wine.

    1/2 tbsp of Annato.

    1/2 - 1 cup frozen peas.

OK GROUND BEEF

1lb ground beef.

Add salt and pepper.

Cook ground beef in pan and then drain fat.

Add 1 tbsp. of Sofrito Cubano per pound of ground meat then Add 16 oz of tomato sauce of your choice per lb.

Simmer 5 min and enjoy!

Picadillo

  • 1 lb of ground beef.

    Salt and pepper

    16 oz of tomato sauce.

    1 tbsp o Ok Cuban Sazón.

Filete

STEAK

Rub your steak with Sofrito, just Add 1 tbsp per lb.of meat with Sofrito Cubano and let it marinate in the fridge for a day and this will not only tenderize your beef but it will also give it an amazing flavor thats hard to beat.

PORK LOIN

2 -3 pieces

In pressure cooker or insta pot

Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Add 1 -2 cups chicken stock or water.

Add 2 -3 tbsp Sofrito Cubano.

Cook for 50 min

Let it cool and enjoy!

Lechon

  • 2 -3 pieces of pork loin

    Salt, pepper and garlic powder

    1 -2 cups of chicken stock or water.

    2 -3 tbsp o Ok Cuban Sazón.

Huevos

EGGS

Give your eggs a kick by adding a teaspoon of Sofrito to your boring scrambled eggs and bring your breakfast to a whole new level, add it before or after.

CUBAN BLACK BEANS

1 lbs of dry black beans

Add 2 heaping tbsp of Sofrito Cubano

8 - 10 cups of water.

Use pressure cooker or insta pot.

Cook for 50 min and let it cool.

Then add sea salt to desired flavor.

Frijoles negros cubanos

  • 1 lb of dry black beans

    2 tbsp o Ok Cuban Sazón.
